Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Custom or made to order items may require a little extra time, but we'll always keep you updated.  

Shipping Methods: all orders are shipped via standard U.S. shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way. Currently, we ship with the U.S only. (International shipping may be added in the near future!)

Lost or Delayed Packages: Once your order has been shipped, iCandi Culture Studios is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier. If this happens, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
